When you buy tyres online in the UAE, the tyre price is only part of the bill: a set of four still needs mounting, balancing, new valves and disposal of the old tyres, which can add AED 150–400 if you arrange it yourself. 800 UAE Tyres works differently. You send your tyre size or a photo of the sidewall on WhatsApp, we quote each brand per tyre with fitting included, and a technician drives the tyres to your home, office or basement car park in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah or Ajman and fits them in one visit. Fitting starts from AED 100 and you can pay by card, cash, Tabby or Tamara.
How buying tyres online in the UAE actually works
Online tyre sellers in the UAE fall into two groups: delivery-only sites that ship the tyres to your door, and delivery-plus-fitting services that bring the tyres and a technician together. The first group usually shows the lowest headline price because the work of mounting the tyre on the rim is left to you.
With a delivery-only order, four tyres arrive by courier, often stacked in your building lobby or villa gate, and you then load them into the car and book a workshop slot. With delivery plus fitting, the tyres are mounted, balanced and inflated on the spot, and the old ones leave with the van. Our model is the second one: quote on WhatsApp first, approve the price, and the tyres come fitted in a single visit.
- Delivery-only: lowest tyre price on screen, but fitting, balancing and disposal are booked and paid separately.
- Delivery plus fitting: one price per tyre fitted, one visit, old tyres taken away.
- Partner workshop pickup: possible at our Al Quoz, Mussafah or Sharjah Industrial Area partners if you prefer to drive in.
Getting the size, load index and speed rating right
The safest way to order the correct tyre is to photograph the sidewall of the tyre currently on the car and send it before you pay. The full code reads like 225/45 R18 95W XL: width, profile, rim size, then load index and speed rating, and every part matters.
Ordering by car model alone causes most online mistakes, because the same Camry or Accord comes with 16, 17 or 18 inch wheels depending on trim, and some BMW and Mercedes models run different sizes front and rear. A lower load index than the original is not acceptable on a loaded Prado or Hilux, and a run-flat car should get run-flats unless you plan to carry a spare. From the photo we also read the DOT date of your old tyres, which tells us whether all four need replacing or only two.
- Photo of the sidewall showing the full size code, including the load and speed numbers.
- Photo of the door-jamb sticker if the current tyres are not the original size.
- Your car make, model and year, plus whether it has run-flats or TPMS sensors.
Check the DOT date the moment the tyres arrive
Every tyre delivered to you should have a DOT date code no more than about 2 years old. The last four digits of the DOT code on the sidewall give the week and year, so 1426 means week 14 of 2026, and a tyre stamped 2223 was made in mid-2023.
In a climate where road surfaces reach 60–70°C in summer, rubber ages faster even while sitting in a warehouse, so old stock sold online as new is a real problem. Look at the date before the tyre is mounted, because once it is fitted and balanced most sellers will not take it back. Our technicians show you the DOT date on each tyre before fitting, and if it does not match what was quoted, the tyre does not go on the car.
Paying in instalments and what happens after you order
You can split a tyre order into 4 payments with Tabby or Tamara, which makes a set of SUV tyres at AED 2,000–3,500 easier to handle in one month. Card and cash are accepted on site as well.
After you approve the WhatsApp quote, we confirm the brand, size and DOT year, then dispatch a van carrying the tyres plus a tyre changer and balancer. In Dubai city areas arrival is typically 30–45 minutes, and outer areas are usually within about an hour. Fitting four tyres in a car park normally takes 45–60 minutes, after which the technician sets pressures to the door-sticker value and checks the TPMS light is off.
