We only collect what we need to reach you and do the job:
- Your name and phone number, when you call or message us
- Your location or address, when you share a pin so a technician can find the car
- Vehicle details: make, model, plate and tyre size, and photos you send of the tyre or door placard
- Payment records (we do not store full card numbers; card, Tabby and Tamara payments are processed by those providers)
- Website usage data such as pages visited, device type and approximate location, collected through cookies and analytics tools
How we use it
We use your information to quote, dispatch a technician, complete the service, issue a VAT invoice, follow up on warranty claims and improve our service. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
This website may use Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion tracking and similar tools to understand which pages help people and to measure the results of our advertising. These tools may set cookies and may be used to show you our ads on other sites (remarketing).
You can opt out of personalised Google ads at adssettings.google.com, block cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
WhatsApp and calls
Messages sent to us on WhatsApp are handled under WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy. Calls may be recorded for quality and training; you will be told at the start of the call if so.
Sharing
We share information only with people who need it to serve you: our technicians, partner workshops when your car is taken in, payment providers, and authorities where the law requires it.
Retention and your rights
Job and invoice records are kept for the period required by UAE tax law. You can ask us to see, correct or delete other personal information at any time by contacting us. We handle requests in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.
