Most fixed tyre shops in Dubai close between 10 and 11 pm, so a genuine tyre shop Dubai 24 hours service after midnight is almost always a mobile van, not a workshop with its shutters up. 800 UAE Tyres keeps technicians on the road through the night, carrying common tyre sizes, a tyre changer, a balancer and repair kit. At 2 am we can fit a new tyre from van stock, repair a tread puncture, fit your spare or correct pressures, usually arriving in 30 to 45 minutes in Dubai city areas because the roads are clear. Fitting starts from AED 100, and the full price is agreed on WhatsApp before the van sets off.
Which tyre shop in Dubai is open 24 hours in practice
After about 11 pm, the tyre shops in Al Quoz, Ras Al Khor and Deira are shuttered, and the places still answering the phone are mobile tyre vans, a handful of petrol-station tyre counters and recovery trucks. A recovery truck will tow you, but it will not fit a tyre, so you pay for the tow and then wait for a shop to open in the morning.
The night calls we take tell the story. Between midnight and 6 am the jobs are mostly flats from nails picked up on construction routes in Dubai South and Al Furjan, kerb damage after tight turns in basement car parks, slow punctures noticed by the TPMS warning on the drive home, and drivers who find a flat in the morning and need to leave at 5:30 am.
Because the van comes to you, you do not need to drive on a damaged tyre to find a shop that is awake. The car can stay where it is, in a building car park, at the villa gate or on the hard shoulder.
What we fix at night and what is better left for morning
Anything that uses a common size and does not need an alignment rig is done at night exactly as it would be at noon. The vans carry popular sizes such as 185/65 R15, 205/55 R16, 215/55 R17, 225/45 R18 and 265/65 R17 in value, mid-range and premium brands, which covers most Sunny, Corolla, Camry, Altima, BMW 3 Series and Prado owners.
Some jobs are better split in two. A rare size such as 275/40 R22 for a Range Rover, staggered run-flats on a performance BMW, or a tyre for a Chinese SUV on an unusual rim may not be on any van at 2 am. In that case we fit your spare or repair what we can so you can drive safely, then bring the correct tyre next day. Wheel alignment also waits for daytime, at our Al Quoz partner workshop.
- Night: new tyre fitted and balanced from van stock
- Night: plug-patch puncture repair for holes up to about 6 mm in the tread
- Night: spare wheel fitted and its pressure corrected
- Next day: rare or staggered sizes ordered in, and four-wheel alignment
Staying safe on Sheikh Zayed Road, Al Khail and Emirates Road at night
The hard shoulder at night is more dangerous than in daytime because drivers see your car later and heavy trucks run in greater numbers, especially on Emirates Road. Switch on hazard lights, pull as far right as the shoulder allows, and if there is a barrier, get everyone out on the passenger side and stand behind it, not between the car and the traffic.
If you are on a curve, in a lane-drop area or in a section of Sheikh Zayed Road or Al Khail Road with no usable shoulder, call 999 first and tell them where you are. When the tyre is only deflated, not shredded, rolling slowly to the next exit within a few hundred metres is often safer than stopping on a narrow shoulder.
Our technicians park behind your car with amber beacons on, wear high-visibility vests, and work from the side away from traffic wherever the wheel position allows. Send the nearest exit number or a landmark such as a metro station along with the pin, so the van comes up the correct carriageway the first time.
Shift workers, airport runs and Friday nights out
A large share of our night customers are people whose working day does not match shop hours: hospital and hotel staff finishing at midnight, cabin crew and airport workers leaving for DXB or DWC before dawn, and delivery and security staff on rotating shifts. For them, a tyre shop that opens at 8 am is no use at all.
The most stressful call is the flat found at 4 am with a flight at 7. If you message us the night before about a slow puncture or a TPMS warning, we can book a pre-dawn visit to your building or villa so the car is ready when you walk out. On the night itself, tell us your departure time and we will say honestly whether a fix or a taxi is the better plan.
Thursday and Friday nights are the busiest of the week, with flats around JBR, Dubai Marina, Downtown and the Al Khail Road exits after a night out. Expect a slightly longer wait between 1 and 3 am on those nights.
Ramadan hours and the after-iftar rush
During Ramadan our busiest hours move to between about 9 pm and 2 am, after iftar and taraweeh, when the city is on the road and many workshops have closed for the night or run short evening hours. Calls drop sharply in the hour around sunset, and that is often the quickest time to get a van.
If your tyre can wait a few hours safely, booking a suhoor-time or early-morning slot avoids the evening queue. Daytime shop hours in Ramadan are also shorter, so drivers who would normally visit a workshop at lunchtime often find it easier to have the tyre fitted at home after dark.
- Quietest window: roughly the hour around maghrib
- Busiest window: about 9 pm to 2 am
- Price agreed on WhatsApp before dispatch, day or night
- Pay by card, cash, Tabby or Tamara in 4 payments
