Terms and conditions
These terms apply to every service booked with 800 UAE Tyres by phone, WhatsApp or this website. By confirming a booking you agree to them. Last updated 28 October 2026.
Services
We provide mobile tyre replacement, tyre change and fitting, puncture repair, spare tyre fitting, tyre pressure checks, wheel balancing and tyre rotation at your location in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Ajman. Wheel alignment and some heavy repairs are carried out at partner workshops.
Prices and quotes
Prices shown on this website marked "from" are starting prices; fitting and pressure check visits start from AED 100. Before a technician is dispatched we send a quote with the total price including VAT. Tyre prices depend on size, brand and stock and are confirmed in that quote.
If the technician finds on arrival that the job differs from what was described (for example, a sidewall cut that cannot be repaired), we explain the options and new price before doing any extra work. Nothing extra is charged without your agreement.
Arrival times
Arrival times on this website are typical estimates, not guarantees. Traffic, weather and demand can affect them, and we will keep you updated on WhatsApp.
Payment
Payment is due when the job is complete, by card, cash, Tabby or Tamara. Instalment plans are provided by Tabby and Tamara under their own terms and eligibility checks. A VAT invoice is issued for every job.
Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel free of charge any time before the technician sets off. If you cancel after the technician has arrived, a call-out fee of up to AED 100 may apply. Tyres ordered specially for you in a non-stock size may be non-refundable once ordered; we tell you before ordering. Refunds for paid jobs are made to the original payment method within 14 days.
Warranty
New tyres carry the manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects. Our workmanship (fitting, balancing, valves, puncture repairs) is guaranteed for 30 days. Warranty does not cover damage from road hazards, kerb impacts, incorrect pressure or off-road use after fitting.
Safety and your vehicle
On highways we work only when the car is in a safe position away from moving traffic. We may refuse or pause a job if the location is unsafe. Please remove valuables from the vehicle and tell us about locking wheel nuts before we arrive.
Liability
We take care with every vehicle and are responsible for damage caused by our negligence. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, such as corroded wheel studs or cracked rims, that we point out before starting work.
